When feeding HFS Mare & Foal, introduce slowly and increase to desired level over 14 days based on age and condition of animal. Always provide a good quality source of forage in the transitioning stage and a clean palatable long fibre source onwards. Always provide adequate fresh water at all times. Aim to feed 1.2 to 1.3% of bodyweight

Given we are not an equine only feed mill and although we have an extensive cleaning and scheduling procedure for horse feeds, it is not a market we are chasing given that we use cobalt in cattle feeds. The likelihood in risk is incredibly low but feeding racehorses is not something we are interested in pursuing at this stage.
