Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes apply from the date of dispatch and are based on business days, not calendar days. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is more than 2 business days late, please contact us with your name, order number, and order date.
Freight for Bulky Items
Most items ship at the flat rate listed at checkout. However, very large or bulky items—such as weigh scales—will require additional freight charges. Displayed under the product’s freight option at checkout. In these cases, we will contact you with a separate freight quote after your order is placed. You’ll have the option to proceed or cancel if the quote isn’t suitable.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
Orders to rural, remote, or offshore locations may experience longer delivery times. We make every effort to dispatch quickly and choose the most efficient freight options available.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By ticking the Authority to Leave box at checkout, you authorise our delivery partner to leave your order at the nominated address without requiring a signature.
Please note:

ATL means the parcel is considered “delivered” once left at the location.

Hills Farm Supplies and its delivery partners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery under ATL.

If ATL is not selected, someone must be present to receive the parcel at delivery.
Freight Protection (Optional Add-on)
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but occasionally goods may be damaged in transit. Our Freight Protection service offers peace of mind and priority support should this occur.

Making a Freight Protection Claim

Claims must be lodged within 3 business days of receiving your item.

Photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product is required.

Freight Protection covers product damage only (not packaging).
