Sowing Instructions:

Rate: 3–5 kg per 100 m².
Depth: 3–5 mm.
Preparation: Lightly rake and firm soil.
Watering: Keep moist until germination (10–21 days).

Management & Mowing Instructions

First Mow: When grass reaches 6–8 cm high.
Height: Maintain between 18–25 mm for a dense, healthy lawn.
Fertilising: Apply a slow-release fertiliser at seeding and every 8 weeks during the growing season.
Watering: Water deeply but infrequently to promote deep roots and drought resistance.
Maintenance: Re-seed worn or thin areas as needed to maintain uniform coverage.
