CYDECTIN® Long Acting Injection for Sheep is a powerful moxidectin-based drench designed to provide extended protection against internal parasites. With up to 4 months efficacy against barber’s pole worm (Haemonchus contortus), it is ideal for use in high-risk environments where parasite burdens are significant or sheep immunity is low.
This low-volume subcutaneous injection delivers persistent activity against key gastrointestinal worms, reducing the need for frequent treatments and helping to manage resistance. It also controls nasal bot and itch mite, contributing to overall flock health and productivity.

Extended Worm Control
Provides at least 91 days protection against barber’s pole worm and small brown stomach worm, and up to 49 days against black scour worm.
Broad-Spectrum Parasite Control
Effectively treats and controls roundworms, nasal bot, and itch mite in sheep.
Ideal for High-Risk Situations
Recommended for use in highly contaminated pastures or where sheep immunity is expected to be low, such as in lactating ewes and weaners.
Convenient Administration
Delivered via a simple subcutaneous injection, reducing the need for frequent drenching and handling.
Resistance Management
Contains moxidectin, the most potent macrocyclic lactone (ML), effective against worms resistant to ivermectin and abamectin.
